A.M.I. Management oversees its own rental properties, handling tenant screening, rent collection, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day management.

Tenant Information

How do I pay my rent?
Rent is accepted via Zelle or cash. Payment instructions are provided upon lease signing. Please contact us if you need to confirm payment details.

Is automatic rent payment available?
We do not currently offer automated rent payments. Tenants are responsible for submitting payments manually by the due date.

What should I do if my rent payment is late?
Late fees may apply as outlined in your lease agreement. If you're experiencing difficulty making a payment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

How do I request maintenance for my unit?
Maintenance requests can be submitted using the Work Order Request Form on our website. You may also upload photos to help us better understand the issue.

What is considered an emergency maintenance request?


The following issues are considered emergency maintenance situations:

🚨 Complete HVAC failure in extreme weather
🚨 Significant water leaks or flooding
🚨 Electrical outages not caused by the utility provider
🚨 Broken locks or compromised security

Lease & Move-Out Policies

How do I renew my lease?
Lease renewal notices are typically sent 30 days before your lease ends. You will receive instructions via email or phone on how to proceed with renewal.

What notice is required if I plan to move out?
Tenants must provide 30 days' written notice before vacating a unit. Notices can be emailed or dropped off at our office.

Am I eligible to receive my security deposit refund?
Yes, security deposits are refunded under the following conditions:
✔ The unit is returned in good condition, minus normal wear and tear
✔ All rent and fees are paid
✔ Any damage beyond normal use will be deducted from the deposit

Deposit refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after move-out.

Additional Questions

What happens if I need to break my lease early?
Breaking a lease may result in early termination fees. Please reach out to us directly to review your lease agreement and discuss available options.

How do I request a copy of my lease agreement?
Please contact us via email or phone to request a copy of your lease agreement. A digital or printed copy will be provided.
